WPI Residential Services is allowing teams to reserve space, just like you would in a hotel, in on-campus housing.   This housing is available to anyone traveling with the team, including students, coaches, family members, etc. 

• Cost is listed as per person, per night and full payment is due prior to arrival.   The cost is the same for every person staying whether they will be in a single, double, or triple room.

• There will be additional one-time fees for keys and IDs needed to access the main doors and individuals rooms.   There will be additional fees charged if keys/IDs are lost or there is damage to the rooms.

• All housing is within a 5-10 minute walk of the competition space.  Some locations, especially the houses, are located on the longer end of that walk through non-campus parts of the city.  

• The options and amenities/limitations of each space are outlined below.  Unlike a hotel, there will be no cleaning, maid, or other services available.  Linens will be provided for the duration of your stay.  Many spaces have refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves which teams are welcome to use, but equipment (pots, pans, utensils, etc) will not be provided.

• None of the spaces listed below have air-conditioning.   There MAY be TVs in common rooms, but not in individual rooms. 

• If your team has any specific accommodations concerns, medical/physical limitations, etc that we should be aware of when making assignments, please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure your needs are met.

Our goal will be to accommodate one team (or group of teams traveling/booking together) in each space below.   This hopefully will help with some flexibility as to how the teams need utilize the rooms.  It will also aid in limiting access to the space to only those who are members of the team and are the full responsibility of the team.

In cases of some of the dorm floors, we may put multiple smaller teams on one floor, where each would have a dedicated hallway of that floor.  Rooms are still individually secured, but both teams would have access to the entire floor, similar to a hotel.  The suites would operate just like a hotel room, and there may be teams intermixed on every floor.

We will assign teams to spaces on a rolling basis, and remove those spaces from the options as folks are assigned.    There is no guarantee that space is available even if it is listed below, as assignments do not happen immediately.  Do not assume you have accommodations on-campus until you receive positive confirmation of your assignment.  

A non-refundable deposit for the rooms will be due upon your assignment confirmation.  There will be a hard deadline in April where we will close room requests and require teams have provided the requested information on their team members in lodging.   Final payment will be due at that time.
